Our Process
You win your case and receive your Judgment. You realize you just won a piece of paper. Now what? You bring your Judgment to use, and let us take over.

Once your Judgment is Assigned to our office, we get to work! We use specialized location software available to our industry to locate your Defendant and any assets.
Once located, our office reaches out to your Defendant to try and resolve your Judgment by establishing a payment plan or a settlement. Our office handles all payments and distributing your portion to you.

And if needed,
our office will start the process for Writs of Execution, Bank Garnishments, Wage Garnishments, and any other tool afforded to us by law to resolve your Judgment.

Still Wondering Why You Should Work With Us??
Winning your case was only the first step
Actually getting paid is the hard part. That’s where we come in.
1. We Handle the Hard Work For You.
Enforcing a judgment takes time, paperwork, and persistence. Most people don’t realize they’re on their own once the judgment is entered. We take over the process and handle everything from start to finish.
2. We Know How to Find the Money.
We use professional tools to locate employers, bank accounts, property, and other assets. If your debtor is hiding, we can track them down.
3. Every State Has Different Rules.
Wage garnishment, bank levies, and liens all depend on state laws. We know how to navigate the system legally and effectively, no matter where your case is.
4. No Upfront Cost.
We work on contingency — meaning we only get paid if we recover money for you. If we don’t succeed, you don’t owe us anything
5. Most Judgments Go Unpaid, Don’t Let Yours Be One of Them.
Over 80% of court Judgments never get collected. With us on your side, you dramatically increase your chances of recovery — without the stress or wasted time.
Some Common Client Questions
“How long does the process take? ”
Every case is different, but we move quickly. Some recoveries happen in weeks; others take longer depending on how hidden the debtor is and what assets are available.
“What if the Debtor has no money? ”
We investigate thoroughly. If the debtor truly has no assets now, we can monitor for future opportunities. Judgments are enforceable for years — often 10–20, depending on the state.
“Can I try collecting on my own first? ”
Absolutely — but many clients come to us after months or years of frustration. If you'd rather skip the learning curve, we can take it from here and do it right.
" Will the Debtor be harassed? ”
No. We follow all laws (like the FDCPA) and use professional, legal enforcement tools. Our focus is results — not pressure.
“What do you need from me to get started? ”
Just a copy of your court Judgment and a few details about the Debtor. We’ll take care of the rest.
If you're ready to get started, so are we! Stop letting money get away. Remember, you have nothing to lose by partnering with us, but so much to gain. If you're ready to get started, call or email us today and we will be happy to speak with you.
